Information We Use

When you buy the ebook, Stripe processes the checkout and payment. Safe House uses the checkout email address, payment status, and purchase identifiers needed to confirm payment, send ebook access links, and provide support.

We do not store full card numbers or banking details on this site.

Ebook Access

Private ebook access links are created for paid purchases. The delivery system may record access-link requests, download counts, file type, hashed IP address, browser information, and timestamps to prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and support legitimate buyers.

Analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and conversion tags. Analytics may help us understand which pages are viewed, which links are clicked, and whether the checkout flow is working. You can use browser privacy settings or content blockers to limit some tracking.

Email And Support

If you contact support, we use the information you send to answer the request. Ebook delivery emails are sent to the checkout email address or to the email address submitted through the access-link recovery form when it matches a paid order.

Service Providers

We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and ebook delivery infrastructure, and Google Tag Manager for analytics tag management. Their own policies apply to their services.
